Why do I have dark circles? 
Most people associate the purplish bags under the eyes as a symptom of tiredness, worries, stress and sleepless nights. These rings and puffiness around the eyes, are usually a direct result of sluggish circulation resulting in less oxygenated blood and hence a bluish appearance. 
However some people suffer from dark brown blackish circles under the eyes quite different from the purplish bags one usually encounters. This permanent discolouration is caused by the ineffective breakdown or cleaning up of the blood that has leaked out of the fragile micro capillaries under the eye.

Haloxyl acts by neutralising the appearance of dark pigmentation caused by bilirubin (biodegraded blood) and iron.
